Elephant suffering exposed at the Great British Circus following release of inspection reports to ADI.
The full extent of the suffering of three elephants touring with the Great British Circus in 2009 has been revealed in inspection reports released to ADI, highlighting the need for the government to press ahead with its promised ban on wild animals in circuses with renewed urgency.

Elephants escape in Copenhagen

Sonja and Vana Mana, filmed by ADI being viciously abused when touring with the Great British Circus, made a brief bid for freedom. Now touring with Circus Benneweis the elephants escaped into rush hour traffic in the city. A similar incident recently occurred in Ireland.
