House of Lords backs end of capture of wild monkeys and restriction on monkey experiments

Yearly, thousands of monkeys are torn from their families in the wild for factory farm breeding in Asia and Mauritius to supply European labs. This week a new House of Lords EU Committee report backed proposals by the European Commission to end the practice.
