Of the many ways you can help ADI, joining our Street Team and hitting your local area is probably the most satisfying. Our team get active in every council in the country throughout the year, helping raise awareness of our work, and collecting money to support us.

This work is vital to everything we do: whether you raise funds to help our Rescue Team relocate animals in distress, or generate petition signatures to support our Campaigns Team, hitting the streets makes a very real difference.

We also run events throughout the year, which you can get involved in - from World Lab Animal Week to International Primate Day, ADI will be on the streets, speaking out for animals.

ADI are looking for dedicated volunteers to help us in the following street collections:

If you think you’ll be available to help, or would like to find out more about our collections please email our Team.

Street Collections

Holding a can on a street corner may not sound too exciting, but it can be a lot of fun. What’s more, ADI will make sure you’ve everything you need: we’ll help put you in touch with other collectors in your area, and provide you with all the resources you’ll need to make your day a success.

Street Collections are vital to our work - ADI receives no state aid and is funded entirely by donations: our collectors contribute a significant amount to our general pot of funds.

Running a Stall

You could also support our Campaigns and Rescues work by Running a Stall to raise public awareness of what we do. Distributing information leaflets and explaining the issues which are so important to our work is a great way to get involved and make a difference - and we’ll give you everything you need to get started.

Our Street Stalls are key to generating petition signatures, raising public awareness of animal issues, and giving a voice to the animals we care so much about.

Upcoming Events

2010 is set to be a big year for animals - and ADI are going to giving them a voice at special events throughout the year.

  • Check our Events Calender to keep informed of upcoming events, and how you can get involved too.
