Leaving a legacy and remembering someone special

Planned gifts, also called legacy or estate gifts, are a vital to sure the future of our campaigns for animals. The undercover investigations, the science research, the public education campaigns are all entirely dependent upon this vital funding. The consideration and forethought of generous individuals will leave a lasting legacy for animals and helps to bring closer, the day when animals are free of suffering caused by humans

Donations in memory of loved ones

ADI is extremely grateful to those who would like to arrange memorandum collections on behalf of loved ones. As always it is with mixed feelings that we are grateful for these vital funds to continue our work, and we would like to take this opportunity to assure you that your donation will be put to good use in order to have the greatest impact for animals.

If you would like to make a donation in memory of a loved one, there are many ways that you can do so. Once we have received your kind donation we will send you a letter of thanks to show that your donation has been gratefully received.

  • To make a donation by post, please send cheques and postal orders to: Animal Defenders International, Millbank Tower, Millbank, London, SW1P 4QP. Please make cheques payable to ‘Animal Defenders International’ or ‘ADI’, and please let us know the name to whom the donation is in memory of.

  • To make a donation by phone, please call our Supporter Relations team on 020 7630 3340 who will take your credit and debit card payment.

  • Donations in lieu of flowers

    You may wish for donations to be made in lieu of floral tributes at a loved one’s funeral, or even when making arrangements in your Will.

    We can give you helpful advice and tips on how to create the perfect event to remember loved ones. Not only is this a wonderful way to celebrate their life, but your event can help us to protect animals in their memory.

    Information for funeral directors

    We are most grateful to funeral directors who collect donations on our behalf.

    Over the years we have seen an increasing number of people who have asked that donations be made to our organisation in lieu of flowers and we are extremely honoured to know that our work has been thought of so highly.
